Meet your coach, Nicola McAdam
Nicola McAdam is a Holistic Life Coach and Trainee Psychotherapist. With her health and yoga background and 15+ years corporate experience as a Business Development Director, she brings a unique perspective to success and wellbeing, believing that success in any area of life and work starts with looking inwards and taking accountability for how we show up.
Nicola has worked with over 800 diverse individuals and leading global organisations such as WPP and P&G. She teaches the MindVibes Method which is a fusion of coaching, therapy and holistic practices which she believes is a winning formula for creating lasting change. She was inspired to create this hybrid and therapeutic coaching approach after going on her own personal mental health journey where she realised that it wasn’t “one thing” that led to her overcoming clinical depression, an eating disorder and career burnout. It was a truly holistic and integrated approach that changed her life.
