In close collaboration with our client, MindVibes developed a 12-week bespoke programme focused on fostering a supportive climate for mental wellbeing. The programme combined scientifically proven frameworks, practical, holistic techniques and practical exercises to create a lasting shift in the organisation's wellbeing culture.

The objectives of the programme were to:

  • Equip employees with practical tools to proactively manage their mental wellbeing
